Black Sea Conducting Festival

Invited to participate in this international conducting competition, Rafael travelled to Constanţa in Romania for his only conducting competition. He had the opportunity to make new friends, experience working with a European orchestra, and learn about the conducting field in Europe from his new colleagues. Rafael was pleased to win second prize in this competition and will return to Romania in 2013 to conduct a full program with the orchestra.
