Romanian National Opera and Ballet Orchestra

Rafael was thrilled to return to Constanţa in 2014 for a second concert with the Romanian National Opera Orchestra following a successful debut concert the year before. His initial 2013 concert resulted from winning second prize at the Black Sea Conducting Festival in 2012. For this special Easter Week concert (2014) Rafael was asked to conduct a cycle of sacred vocal works featuring a cast of six singers from the Opera Company and the full chorus, along with a major work for the second half of the concert.
